~ UK - £4.45 Royal Mail First Class Signed for they aim for next working day working day delivery. (Expect 1-3 Days) FREE on UK orders over £50 *
~ UK Express - £6.45 Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Before 1pm *
~ Europe - Royal Mail International Signed for £15  3-5 working days *
~ The Rest Of The World - Royal Mail £15 Tracked and signed for * All duties for Rest of World orders must be paid for by the customer.

For more information on Royal Mail go to your local post office or check Royal Mail online, they will also explain delivery should there be any delays.  For countries outside of the European Union VAT, at the prevailing rate, will be deducted.

When will my purchase be dispatched?

Stock permitting, orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed. We will send you an email with your tracking reference when your order is dispatched so you can track your delivery. You will need to sign for your order when it is delivered. If you are not able to sign for it a calling card will be left with details of your local depo for you to collect it or arrange another time for delivery.  All orders sent out are discreet and do not have Cherubs Jewellery written on them.

All Wedding Rings and Engagement rings are made specially for you in your size, please allow 4 - 8 weeks for these to arrive. Times may vary for international orders however we will communicate with you personally including your Bespoke Pieces. 

Should your items be temporarily out of stock we will contact you directly and advise you on delivery times.

Shipping to out side the EU?  Delivery times depend on shipping service.

Where will I send it?

We know how important it is to make sending a gift special, You can have your gift delivered directly to the recipient anywhere in Europe already gift wrapped (Please note that when delivering a gift, your name and address will appear on the dispatch note sent with the gift item) or you can have it delivered to you.  You can decide at Checkout.

Your Engagement Ring.

Your Engagement Ring will be made for you specially in your size, so please allow 4-8 weeks for it to arrive. This time may vary for international orders however we will communicate this with you personally.

Your Wedding Rings.

Your Wedding is one of the most special days in your lives and we know how important it is for you to have your Wedding Rings organized in advance of your big day.  We recommend ordering your wedding rings 2 - 4 months in advance for peace of mind during your preparations.  If you are in a hurry, please contact us straight away where we will be ready to assist.  Your Wedding Rings will be made for you in the size you need so please allow 4-8 weeks for them to arrive.  This time may vary for International orders however we will communicate with you personally.  If you do not know your finger size contact us and we will send you a ring measure with our compliments.  Should you wish to personalize your rings, we will engrave them, complimentary, with your name or a short message and the date of your wedding.  You can let us know your engraving details during checkout.   Postage for Your Wedding Rings is free and we will send them to you by Special Delivery which means they will require a signature.  We will, of course, arrange a delivery time with you personally.  If you have any questions about your Wedding Rings, please call us on our free phone number 0800 158 8547 or email us at info@cherubsjewellery.com, we will be happy to help you. 

Returns

We are passionate about our Jewellery and our clients, it is important to us that you are happy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchases we will refund or exchange them for you.
We are unable to refund or exchange anything that does not reach us, so you may want to send it Special Delivery, which requires a signature and you can claim for loss of jewellery should you need to.  You are responsible for the cost of returning an item so we recommend you keep your proof of posting in a safe place as we cannot be responsible for your return if it is lost in transit.
Please include your dispatch note with your return and attach our address label found at the bottom of the dispatch note to the front of your parcel.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within 14 days.  We cannot exchange or refund an item that has suffered misuse or general wear & tear.  We cannot refund or exchange items that have been engraved, sized or personalized.
If you have received the item as a gift, you will be reimbursed with gift vouchers to spend on Cherubs Jewellery.   If the item is in its original condition when it arrives with us you will be refunded on the credit/debit card you used to place your order within 28 days.
Canceling an order before dispatch:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it by calling us or emailing us. You will need to give as your name and address details, as well as your order number.
If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the items you keep. For example, if your order is for goods worth £70.00 and you then cancel an item worth £30, your order total will be below £50 and you will no longer qualify for free delivery.
